KD Conseil’s unique approach enables individual team members, to understand their own culture, whether it be national, professional or business, and to identify the culture of those with whom they are working.
Through role playing and acting out situations team members learn how to decode cultures and recognise the qualities and skills necessary to succeed in a multicultural environment.
Team members are then given practical tools to help them build their own adaptation strategies to become efficient in a multicultural environment.
Based on participant interests key situations such as holding a meeting, making a decision, integrating a team are examined from different cultural standpoints.
